Unemployment

Georgia is a Right to Work State which can be confusing because a Right to Work State actually means an employer can fire an employee for any reason. The exception to that is it is against the law for an employer to fire an employee for any discriminatory reason. It is also against the law for an employee to be discriminated against while still employed and there are many forms of discrimination. It is always best to consult with an attorney if you feel you have been discriminated against.
